DivaFit welcomes students of all genders. Because this is a new policy for our pole programs, changes will be rolled out gradually. Please contact us at email@example.com with any questions!
Students younger than 18 must enroll in our pole or silks youth program(s).
Class registration, a signed liability waiver, and payment are required before attending class.
Students may not instruct other students.
Students may not enter the studio or use the equipment unattended.
Bullying and inappropriate actions or comments toward staff or students will not be tolerated.
Items left in the studio can be retrieved from the Lost & Found box in the lobby. Unclaimed items will be removed from the studio at the end of each month.
Observation of pole classes is not permitted.
Students should not apply lotions or oils before attending class. This will prevent you from gripping the pole and may result in injury.
Students must remove all rings and jewelry that might come into contact with the poles. Failure to do so will strip the finish from the poles (and your jewelry) and could produce metal shavings.
Class packs can only be purchased after purchasing a pole master or leveled membership.
Students must take the Silks Basics class before progressing to Silks 1. Registration for Silks 1 or Silks 2 requires instructor approval.
Students who sign up for Silks 1 or Silks 2 without possessing the appropriate skills will not be allowed to participate in that class and will not receive a refund.
Students must remove all jewelry before using the aerial apparatus to prevent damaging the equipment.
If you late cancel inside the specified window, you will lose your class credit.
DivaFit reserves the right to cancel any class with low attendance up to 24 hours before the class.
Classes with low attendance will be cancelled before noon the day of for evening classes and before 10pm the night before for morning classes.
Class cancellations by the studio will result in an email to all students informing them that the class has been canceled and that a class credit has been posted to their account.
Studio closure due to inclement weather will be posted on our Facebook page. You will receive an email if your class is cancelled.
Session credits expire at, and must be made by, the end of the session in which they were purchased or they will be lost.
Non-recurring classes (specialties, open gym, intros, silks class pass, etc.) expire 30 days after they are purchased.
Special consideration may be made for pregnancy or injury with a doctor's note in the event of a late cancel. The cancelled class(es) will be posted to their account.
Workshops, private lessons, and specialty classes must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to keep the class credit.
Afternoon and evening classes must be early cancelled 8 hours in advance to retain the credit.
Morning classes must be cancelled 12 hours in advance to retain the credit.
All early cancelled session class credits may be applied to another session class of the same level or lower, open gyms, or specialty classes.
All early cancelled specialty class credits must be made up in another specialty class.
All early cancelled workshops must be made up in another workshop. Workshop credits are good one year from the date of the original workshop purchased.
